From Scandi-style furnishings to affordable accessories…
Sainsbury’s has launched four stylish homeware collections for spring/summer 2020 – and we’ve got our eye on all of them.
The four different ranges — Loft Living, Wilderness, Estuary, and Nordic Spring — offer contemporary items at purse-friendly prices. Whether you’re on the hunt for a new coffee mug, or perhaps some Scandi-style bed linen, there’s something here to suit every style and every space.
Take a look at some of our favorite picks below…
1 – Pops of colour
Designed with smaller spaces in mind, Loft Living is characterized by hues of striking mustard, tonal grey, and black. You’ll also find graphic geometric textiles, pops of orange, brilliant prints and lots of lovely artificial houseplants. We’ve got our eye on the orange metal side cabinet…
2 – Affordable kitchenware
With bowls and plates in the collection starting from just £3.25, you can be sure to upgrade your kitchenware in style. In the Loft Living collection, you’ll find two-tone mugs, matching bowls and mint-green plates.
3 – Vibrant prints
Punctuated by vibrant prints and gilded accessories, the Wilderness trend is sure to spark excitement for the warmer months ahead. Some of our favorites include the eclectic tasseled cushion, the feather-embellished side table, and the Insta-worthy gold accessories.
‘Add an instant touch of decadence with gilded accessories and eccentric decorative objects for a bold, glamorous interiors update for the home,’ says Jessie Barrell, Homewares Designer.
4 – Standout kitchen accessories
Tableware gets a bold upgrade in the new range, with leopard-print plates and leaf-covered bowls providing some serious summer inspiration.
5 – Soft, muted hues
Inspired by the beauty of the British countryside, this stunning range features homely classics for every room. From candles to diffusers, carved ornaments and kitchen staples, you’ll find all you need for your home. The color palette taps into soft pastel hues of creams, light pinks, and mint greens.
6 – Ceramic accessories
You’ll love the ceramic bowls, cups, and plates in this must-have range. ‘These pieces bring a note of craftsmanship into the home, each with handmade elements and high-quality finishes that exude understated luxury,’ says Tom Sullivan, Furniture Designer.
7 – Scandi-style
This Scandi-style collection has everything you could possibly need for a kitchen refresh: plates, cups, bowls, smart salt and pepper pots, napkins, cast iron dishes and much more. Best of all, prices start from just £3.
8 – Stone and glass
‘Stone and glass textures add warmth and depth to plain wooden finishes; I love accents of marble which add a contemporary element for a sleek industrial update,’ explains Ross Cowie, Design Assistant.
